Delivery Times
Intecsur offers 1 day shipments that will be delivered during the course of the day following the order for most of its products through the MRW agency except for those bulky or heavy products that due to their characteristics have a longer transit time.
Mainland Spain: Next day delivery with MRW agency from Monday to Friday if the order is placed before 18:00H.
Balearic Islands: The estimated transit time for orders to the Balearic Islands is 48/72 working days.
Zones Excluded from shipping: Andorra, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Azores and Madeira.
Portugal: Delivery time between 2 and 4 working days.
When the order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email as well as a tracking number to know the status of your shipment through the MRW agency. You can request delivery at a branch of the transport company.
*Excluding products with the label “Special Shipping”.
Shipping Methods
When you are placing your order, you will be able to select different methods of home delivery.
1 Day Shipping – MRW: Receive your order during the course of the next day from Monday to Friday for peninsula through the transport agency MRW if you place the order before 18:00H on Friday. Orders placed from 18:00H on Thursday until Saturday at 12:00H will be shipped the same Saturday and received the following Monday. Transport insured 100% all risk.
Product special postage: These items have a delivery time exceeding 24H through MRW
Saturday Delivery – MRW: Receive your order at home on Saturday through the agency MRW if you place the order before 18:00H on Friday. Only valid for peninsula and Pending confirm the availability of the service with the office MRW destination. Transport insured 100% fully insured.
Note: Shipments to Portugal will take 2 to 4 working days. Orders to Balearic Islands 48/72H
Rates and Shipping Costs
At Intecsur we always try to keep shipping costs to a minimum so that our customers never have to pay extra. If an order is placed for a product with FREE SHIPPING and another product without free shipping, shipping costs will be charged.
These are our rates valid for the public:
Peninsula and Portugal:
MRW 24H rate: Minimum amount of 7,90€ up to a maximum of 9,90€ VAT included. For bulky and heavy products, it will be priced by kilos.
Parcel rate: The rate used to transport bulky and heavy products will depend on the weight of the order and the shipping zone.
Products marked with free shipping will be shipped free of charge to mainland Spain, excluding professionals.
Balearic Islands:
MRW rate: Its cost will depend on the total weight of the order with a minimum of 14,83€ VAT included.
Products marked with free shipping does not apply.
Store Pickup
Intecsur offers its customers to pick up their orders placed through the web in our physical store without waiting in line through our warehouse located in

Once the order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail (please check your Spam folder) stating that you can pick up your order.
It is necessary to present the confirmation e-mail printed or on your phone. This method of pick-up is completely free of charge for our customers.
Pick-up hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Product damaged in transit
If you notice that your order has been damaged during transport, we recommend that you take photos of the damaged packaging and send them to us at soporte@sonicolor.es. It is IMPORTANT that you state to the carrier on the delivery signature document that the order has been damaged.
In case of a malfunction or damage of the product due to transport you will have a maximum of 24 hours to report the incident to us.
If the damage has been caused by the fault of the transport agency, Intecsur will bear the costs of collection and shipment of a new product if necessary.
Product Returns
Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. For this reason, new products must be returned as new, unused and without any missing components or original packaging.
The return of the product does not entail any cost for the customer. The customer can send the product or deliver it to our facilities.
The user may request the return of a product for the following reasons:
Defective product in which case Intecsur’s warranty policy will apply.
Right of withdrawal: The customer has a period of 14 calendar days to request the return of the product purchased through our website if it has not met the expectations.
IMPORTANT: Those orders that have material according to customer specifications (cable by meters, soldered connectors, hard disk installation, etc) will not be accepted for return.
If the customer wishes to be picked up at home, this service will have a cost which will be informed to the customer. Shipping costs in case of right of withdrawal shall be borne by the customer. If the product had the promotion of “Free Shipping”, shipping costs will be deducted from the amount of the product to be returned.
If you decide to have your product picked up, you will be refunded the amount minus the collection costs (the customer will be previously informed). Intecsur will refund the amount of the product once its condition has been checked.
To make the return, the product must be in perfect condition with its original packaging (original box, protective plastic, covers, etc.) and original accessories.
Requirements for the right of withdrawal:
Return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt.
The product to be returned must be in perfect condition with all accessories, plastics, boxes and documents. Otherwise a depreciation will be made or the return may be refused.
You must deliver with the product the purchase invoice.
Pack the package well so that it does not suffer damage in its collection.
If your product has the software license activated, shorten the resolution time by providing the data with which you activated the license.
Intecsur may refuse the return of a product in the event that product tampering or misuse is detected. If the product shows any wear or signs of use Sonicolor will agree with the customer the amount to be returned due to depreciation in value.
